Returns Policy

At Dad Hood, we take hygiene and customer safety seriously. Because our hats are worn close to the face and hair, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or sizing issues.

This policy is in place for health and safety reasons and helps ensure every customer receives a brand-new, unworn product.

Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at dadhoodnz@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where required under New Zealand consumer law.
